We are always looking to welcome new people to our team! Please reach out to us or speak to any PTA member on campus to find out what help is needed.

 

 WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING VOLUNTEERS FOR THE 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR!

We are thrilled to welcome volunteers and room parents back on campus!

If you are interested in becoming an on campus volunteer,

the following requirements must be met:

1. You must have a recent (within 4 years) TB screening/test with a negative result

2. You must have proof of all immunizations, including the COVID-19 vaccine

3. You must submit (and pass) the district's background check

4. You must have a valid photo ID (license, state ID, passport)

 

Please EMAIL documentation (TB screening, immunization record and photo ID) to Mindi at the front office (MLowe@cypsd.k12.ca.us). Once she confirms receipt of your documentation, she will send you the link to complete the background check. You will receive an approval email from the district within 10 days of passing the background check.

Please plan ahead if you plan to volunteer during the 2022-2023 school year! Submit your documents now and get your background check finished so that you can begin volunteering as soon as school starts!
