Volunteers are what make everything we do possible.

We are always looking to welcome new people to our team! Please reach out to us or speak to any PTA member on campus to find out what help is needed.

 

 WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING VOLUNTEERS FOR THE 2023 - 2024 SCHOOL YEAR!

We are thrilled to welcome volunteers and room parents back on campus!

If you are interested in volunteering for a specific PTA event, please click here.

 

If you are interested in becoming an on campus volunteer,

the following requirements must be met:

1. You must have a recent (within 4 years) TB screening/test with a negative result

2. You must have proof of all district required immunizations, including the COVID-19 vaccine

3. You must submit (and pass) the district's background check

4. You must have a valid photo ID (license, state ID, passport)

 

Please EMAIL documentation (TB screening, immunization record and photo ID) along with your name and your child's name to Mary in the front office (MHein@cypsd.k12.ca.us). Once she confirms receipt of your documents, you will need to complete the background check using this link (https://apps.raptortech.com/Apply/MzA6ZW4tVVM=​​) You will receive an approval email from the district within 10 days of passing the background check.

Please note that once approved, you will still need to check in at the

front office and show your ID or Drivers License every time.
